As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Excellence: Drive technical excellence by implementing best practices, promoting knowledge sharing, and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, fostering a culture of innovation and quality in engineering deliverables.

応募資格
【Requirements】
3+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
A deep understanding based on experience in agile software development.
A deep understanding based on experience with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Work experience in an English-speaking environment or business-level proficiency in English conversation skills.
【Nice to haves】
Expertise in SRE / Infrastructure / Backend development.
Practical experience as a product manager.
Understanding of machine learning and experience in product development using machine learning.
Proficiency in Python or Golang.
Experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
Experience in building and operating build systems using tools like Pants or Bazel.
Experience in monorepo development.
Experience in large-scale data processing, distributed systems, batch processing, streaming processing, etc.
