Personal information proper management regulations

1.

The range of staff in the business establishment that handles personal information shall be officers and employment agency managers. The person in charge of handling personal information shall be the person in charge of employment agency. *

The employment agency manager shall provide education and guidance regarding the handling of personal information to the staff in the business establishment listed in 1 that handles personal information once a year. In addition, the employment agency manager shall attend the vocational agency manager training at least once every five years.

When a request for disclosure of personal information is made by the person concerned, the handler will disclose the information based on the objective facts such as the qualifications and work experience of the person based on the request without delay. And. Furthermore, if there is a request for correction (including deletion; the same shall apply hereinafter) based on this, if the request matches the objective facts, the correction shall be made without delay.
In addition, the employment agency manager shall endeavor to inform job seekers, etc. regarding the handling of disclosure or correction of personal information.

Regarding the personal information of job seekers, etc., if there is a complaint from the person concerned with the information, the person in charge of complaint handling shall handle it appropriately in good faith.
The person in charge of handling complaints regarding the handling of personal information shall be the person in charge of employment agency. *

Supplementary Provisions: These regulations will come into effect on December 1, 3rd year of Reiwa.
