When applying for a job, the job seeker or his / her agent should come directly to the office and apply using the designated job vacancies. If you cannot come directly to the office, you can use mail, telephone, fax or e-mail.

When applying for a job, please specify in advance the details of your work, wages, working hours, and other employment conditions by issuing a document or using e-mail. However, if there is an urgent need to carry out the referral and it is not possible to specify in advance by issuing a document or using e-mail, please specify the matters to be specified in advance by a method other than these methods.

Those who wish to engage in day labor or temporary work at all times will be required to make a special registration at this office and present the registration certificate specified separately to omit the job application procedure.

If the job seeker lives in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, please apply for a job by mail, web form or e-mail using the designated job application slip via the agency in Vietnam.

In addition, the job seeker shall apply for a job only from an agency that has permission to introduce employment within the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

If the job seeker resides in the Republic of India, please apply for a job by mail, web form or e-mail using the prescribed job application form via an agency in the Republic of India. In addition, such job seekers shall apply for jobs only from agency agencies that are licensed for employment placement within the Republic of India.

Third introduction

If you are looking for a job, we will do our best to get a job that meets your wishes and abilities, based on the purpose of freedom of choice of employment, which is also stipulated in Article 2 of the Employment Security Law.

For job seekers, we will take care of job seekers who meet their wishes as much as possible.

At the time of referral, the job seeker will be informed in advance of the details of the work to be engaged in the referral, wages, working hours and other employment conditions by issuing a document in advance or by using e-mail if desired. However, if there is an urgent need to implement the referral and it is not possible to specify in advance by issuing a document or using e-mail, we will specify in advance by a method other than those methods.

When introducing a job seeker to a recruiter, a letter of introduction will be issued, so please bring the letter of introduction to the recruiter.

Once you have received a job offer or job application, we will take responsibility for the introduction.

In order to take a neutral position against labor disputes, we will not introduce you to recruiters during the alliance or work closure.

Once you have decided to get a job, the recruiter will charge a referral fee based on the fee table in the attached table.

If the job seeker resides in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, he/she will be issued or requested in advance the contents of the work, wages, working hours and other employment conditions that he/she will be engaged in the referral through the agency in Vietnam. If so, we will specify it by using e-mail. When introducing a job seeker residing in Vietnam to a job seeker, we will introduce them by document screening and interview (including online) after coordinating with the agency and the head office.

If the job seeker resides in the Republic of India, we will issue a document in advance of the content of the work, wages, working hours and other employment conditions that will be engaged in the referral via an agency in the Republic of India, or if requested. expressly through the use of e-mail.
When introducing a job seeker residing in the Republic of India to a recruiter, the agency will coordinate with the agency and conduct the introduction through document screening and interviews (including online).

4th and others

The Headquarters will respond promptly and appropriately to any complaints from job seekers, etc. related to the relevant business while coordinating with employment security agencies and other employment agency companies.

Please report the results of the employment agency provided by the company to the office from both the recruiter and the job seeker.
In addition, the employer will ask the job seeker whether or not the job seeker who has concluded a labor contract with an indefinite period by introducing the employment of the office has left the job (excluding the case of being dismissed) within 6 months from the employment. Please report.

The office will handle personal information obtained from job seekers or recruiters appropriately based on the Personal Information Appropriate Management Regulations.

When we provide information on recruitment through advertisements, etc., we will not make false representations that cause misunderstandings about such information. In addition, in order to keep the information accurate and up-to-date, in the event that there is a request for discontinuation of provision of the information or correction of the content from the recruiter, job seeker, etc., or if the information is not accurate or up-to-date If it is confirmed, we will respond without delay and take measures to periodically confirm with job recruiters or job seekers whether the information is up to date or to clarify the time of the information.

The office will provide job seekers or employers with regarding operations such as acceptance of applications, interviews, guidance, and referrals. We will not treat you discriminatory because you are a member of the union based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family origin, previous occupation, labor union, etc.
